What to Expect

This is a fully clothed, respectful space where couples can learn, reflect, and practice new tools together.
Expect a mix of teaching, guided partner exercises, and light movement and meditation, all in a safe, welcoming, and gently facilitated container.

You don’t need any prior experience, just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore together.

BONUS: Couples Zoom Coaching Call with me. Schedule it after the event to help you integrate what you learned, troubleshoot what gets in the way, and keep your relationship moving forward together.

Important Notes:

- No Nudity: All activities are clothes-on and always optional.

- We will provide refreshments and snacks halfway through the event

- What to Bring: A refillable water bottle, comfortable clothes for movement, and a blanket to sit/lay on. Seating will be on the floor with small pillows provided.

- Please Avoid: Strong fragrances or essential oils, as some participants may be allergic.

With extensive training from world-renowned teachers, she guides couples to develop better communication and intimacy skills, leading to fulfilling emotional, physical, and spiritual partnerships.
