Maturity & Expansion is a deep experiential cycle designed to help you step fully into the flow of life. Through Tantric, meditative and body-riented practices, this journey supports your transformation in letting go of old patterns, embracing the present moment, and expanding into new dimensions of confidence, clarity and vitality.

When we release our attachment to the past and our expectations for the future, we discover a calmer, more grounded presence within ourselves. From this inner space, life becomes an adventure again—an opportunity to explore, to grow, and to connect with ourselves and others in surprising, meaningful and unexplored ways.

A key element of the cycle is the exploration of void: the quiet, spacious inner realm of purest consciousness from which subtle energies arise like a geyser springing from stillness. This “jewel” of emptiness nourishes the expansion of the body, the heart and the spirit, and opens the door to profound transformation.

Fernando brings a rare blend of medical expertise, psychotherapeutic insight, and spiritual depth to SkyDancing Tantra. Trained as a physician and psychiatrist across Peru, Europe, and Australia, he integrates Western psychiatry with ancestral traditions such as Lomilomi, Romiromi, and shamanic lineages. Since 2008, he has immersed himself in SkyDancing Tantra, where his clear presence, steady guidance, and disarming sense of humor create a warm and accessible entry into profound transformation.

He has dedicated much of his life to service—supporting healing, awareness, and the evolution of human potential—and continues to return to what he values most deeply: the SkyDancing Tantra lineage. Fernando is a devoted contributor to the SkyDancing International Teacher Training and co-creator of LET Cycle 4, offering his wisdom with sincerity, humility, and a lightness that helps students relax into their own unfolding.

Certified SkyDancing Tantra Teacher, Psychotherapist, and Coach

Sara brings more than three decades of therapeutic and embodiment experience to her work in SkyDancing Tantra. After many years as a psychotherapist, she transitioned into Tantra education, inspired by the profound transformations she witnessed in her students. As a participant and assistant in LET Cycle 4 with Fernando and Laurence Heitzmann, she knows this cycle from the inside and brings that lived understanding into her teaching.

She has joyfully immersed herself in the SkyDancing lineage for over a decade, integrating body-based practices, emotional awareness, and mindful connection into her approach. Sara and her husband, SatchiJo, have been married for 34 years, modeling conscious partnership and steady presence in their shared teaching.

During the pandemic, Sara led the SkyDancing Tantra Online Program, supporting the international community and sustaining connection during a time of global uncertainty. She also helped guide and mentor the new generation of International SkyDancing Teachers, contributing to the evolution of the lineage.

Sara co-founded LovePassionately: School of Mindful and Bodyful Intimacy and serves as a director and teacher with SkyDancing Tantra Institute USA, dedicated to fostering personal transformation and embodied living.

 

Prerequisite: We request that you complete Cycles 1-3 of The Love and Ecstasy Trainings prior to attending LET Cycle 4.

Sunrise Ranch Spiritual Retreat Center is a multifaceted spiritual community dedicated to empowering personal transformation and world service. The conference center is located on a holistically managed 400-acre ranch and farm in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

Accommodation & Amenities: Sunrise Ranch offers a variety of accommodations, including apartments, private rooms, a charming lodge for socializing, a beautiful workshop venue, a hot tub (May to Oct), a sauna (year around), and more. Registering early to obtain the lodging of your choice is recommended.

 

Tuition, Meals & Lodging Options

1. Register for the LET on this page by paying your deposit of $750. Once registered, we will send you a link so you can arrange your lodging, and meals directly with the venue.  The balance of your tuition is due 45 days before the start of this cycle.

2. We are using Tier pricing structure to support those that register early to get the lowest tuition & venue amenities.

Tier 1: $1525 Tuition - 3 spaces remaining
Plus cost of meals & lodging of your choice

Tier 2: $1625 Tuition - 15 spaces available
Plus cost of meals & lodging of your choice

Tier 3: $1725 Tuition - 15 spaces available
Plus cost of meals & lodging of your choice

Once tickets at the Tier 1 level sells out, then Tier 2 tickets go on sale, and this repeats to Tier 3.

Tuition per person includes:

  • one week SkyDancing Tantra seminar of the Love & Ecstasy Training, Cycle 4: Maturity & Expansion based on the methods of Margot Anand
  • blend of ancient traditions updated with trauma-informed group facilitation
  • full access to Sunrise Ranch amenities

Meals & Lodging: 

Delicious, wholesome meals providing options for most dietary preferences (Friday dinner to Friday lunch; 3 meals per day and snacks during breaks).
Sunrise Ranch offers a variety of lodging options, including apartments, private rooms, a charming lodge for socializing, a beautiful workshop venue, a hot tub (May to Oct), a sauna (year around), and more. It is recommended that you register early to obtain the lodging of your choice.

All lodging is with a shared bathroom.
Rates below are per person :

  • ASBC: Single Room in Apartment (private room in apartment for couples, queen bed) – ($1,813 + $700 for 2nd person sharing a bed) = $1,256.50/person
  • PRCB1: Single (private room for solos, queen bed) – $1,393.00
  • SRCB2Q: Double (shared room for 2 people, queen or twin bed) – $1,183.00
  • SRCBT: (shared room for 2-3 people, twin beds) – $1113.00
  • Camping – $763.00

2nd Person Sharing Bed with Partner – $700.00

Lodging options often sell out and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore it is recommended that you register early to obtain the lodging of your choice.
Deposit: $750 per person.  After your deposit is received a lodging reservation link for Sunrise Ranch will be provided.  Final tuition payment is due 45 days prior to the start date or at registration if within 45 days. 

Daily Schedule & Timing

Daily Schedule: There will be a morning meditation and 2 to 3 sessions each day. In the breaks between the sessions you will have enough time to enjoy a leisurely meal, a rest, a walk, take a sauna, and more.

Timing: This cycle begins with registration on the first Friday from 2:00-4:00, with an opening session from 4:00-6:00, followed by dinner at 6:00pm and an evening session. The training ends on the following Friday at 12:00pm followed by lunch. You may arrive at Sunrise Ranch as early as 2:00pm on the first day and stay until 3:00 pm on the day of departure.

The most important time in a gathering like this is the first hours so it's important you plan on arriving in time for our first session.  Please do not book travel knowing you will be late.

 

The facilitators provide a safe and nourishing space, and container for us to let go, try new things, and heal old wounds. This work was more than I could have imagined, or describe. My heart has been opened. I feel more connected to my energy, power and I’m excited to keep doing the practices. I feel expensive and alive.   K. B.

 

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: Deposit payment of $750 per person is required to register. Balance payment is due 45 days in advance. Full payment is due when you register less than 45 days before start date.

Cancellation Policy: Although payments are non-refundable, if you cancel your registration more than 45 days in advance, we are happy to issue you a credit voucher for the tuition amount you have paid. If you cancel your registration more than 20 days in advance, we will issue you a credit voucher for 50% of the tuition you have paid. Credit vouchers are non-transferrable and valid for one year towards select events.

If your application is denied, we will notify you by email no later than 10 days after we receive your completed application questionnaire and issue you a full refund (or a credit voucher if you prefer, valid for one year towards select events).

  • People who arrive as partners may work together exclusively in our SkyDancing® Tantra seminars. The choice remains entirely yours to make and to revisit at any time.
  • We are striving to make our programs more inclusive and welcoming to all genders, orientations and relationship configurations.
