What does it mean to be free?

We all live within forms—our bodies, relationships, histories, responsibilities, beliefs, and the circumstances of our lives.

Freedom doesn’t necessarily mean escaping those forms. It can mean becoming more aware of how we live within them.

Cycle 5 explores the freedom that becomes possible when we can recognize our conditioning, listen deeply to our feelings and bodies, and make choices that are authentically our own.

How do you know when your choice is your own?

How do you recognize your boundaries—not simply as ideas, but as something you can feel?

How much of what you believe you should do comes from your authentic self, and how much comes from conditioning accumulated over a lifetime?

Building upon the foundation of the earlier Love & Ecstasy Training Cycles, Cycle 5 explores these questions through direct, embodied experience.

As awareness deepens, we begin to recognize the subtle places where we contract, protect ourselves, follow familiar patterns, or hold ourselves back. Within a field of awareness and safety, we can become curious about these edges. Some boundaries need to be honored. Others may reveal old beliefs and conditioning that no longer serve us.

Through embodied practices, we can play at these edges and discover what allows us to open, feel more deeply, and experience greater vitality, and joy.

Freedom in the Form invites you to discover greater choice—rooted in consciousness, personal responsibility, pleasure, and what is true for you.

Freedom in the Form invites you to discover what freedom feels like in your own body and your own life.

During Cycle 5, You Will Explore

  • Coming closer to your feelings to better recognize your desires, boundaries, and limitations.
  • Creating the inner safety to explore your edges with awareness, curiosity, and play.
  • Recognizing beliefs and conditioning that may unconsciously influence your choices.
  • Discovering where old limitations can soften so you have greater freedom to choose.
  • Exploring the relationship between boundaries, relaxation, pleasure, and orgasmic energy.
  • Creating a field of consciousness that invites greater creativity and possibility.
  • Advanced embodiment and energy-awareness practices.
  • Pelvic laughter and other Tantric practices that invite vitality, and freedom of expression.

At the roots of orgasm are qualities we cultivate throughout SkyDancing Tantra: knowing oneself, embodied presence, and the ability to surrender into pleasure without losing connection with ourselves.

As these capacities deepen, so can our ability to experience ecstasy—not simply as a peak experience, but as greater aliveness, joy, and freedom in how we live.

Laurence Heitzmann is a co-director of SkyDancing Tantra International together with Laurent Lacoste. They are also teaching together 3 of the 6 cycles of the TEL (Training for Ecstasy and Love) in Montpellier - South of France.

Laurence is a mind-body therapist and a workshop leader. She is a member of the French Society for Bioenergetic Analysis (SFABE), which teachings are based on the work of W. Reich and A. Lowen. She is a Certified Skydancing Tantra Teacher and belongs to the Skydancing LET’s (Love and Ecstasy Training) and Teacher Training team of Teachers .

 

Laurent LacosteLaurent Lacoste

 Certified SkyDancing Tantra® Teacher, co-director of SkyDancing Tantra International

Laurent Lacoste is a Certified Skydancing Tantra Teacher and belongs to the Skydancing LET’s (Love and Ecstasy Training) team of Teachers. He is in charge, together with his partner Laurence, of supervising Sky Dancing Tantra International, on behalf of its founder, Margot Anand.

Being Tantric for Laurent Lacoste means a decision to implement, through consciousness, a lasting, continuous state of joy and inner peace. This state of joy/bliss is manifested in calmness and internal neutrality, so that we can enjoy various life experiences. And through consciousness we can exceed the emotions without running away from them, in order to return to inner unity and joy.

This joy exists, is possible, but that doesn't mean that other emotions don't exist. In a state of joy they are also present, revolve around you, you live them, but you do not attach to them.

Laurent Lacoste represents Tantra, where techniques and practices contribute to the development of our consciousness, our understanding and our knowledge, based on direct experience and transformation.

 

Sara B StoutSara Stout

Certified SkyDancing Tantra Teacher, co-director of SkyDancing Tantra USA institut

Sara is a Certified SkyDancing Tantra Teacher and Director of SkyDancing Tantra Institute USA. She brings more than three decades of therapeutic and embodiment experience to her teaching, including many years as a psychotherapist and sex therapist.

For more than a decade, Sara has immersed herself in the SkyDancing lineage, integrating body-based practices, emotional awareness, psychology, creativity, and mindful connection into her approach. During the pandemic, she led the SkyDancing Tantra Online Program, helping sustain the international community, and later helped guide and mentor a new generation of International SkyDancing Teachers.

Sara co-founded LovePassionately: School of Mindful and Bodyful Intimacy with Thomas and is passionate about creating experiences that support personal transformation, authentic connection, and greater freedom to be fully oneself.

 

SatchiJo aka Thomas StoutSatchiJo aka Thomas Stout

Certified SkyDancing Tantra Teacher, co-director of SkyDancing Tantra USA institut

SatchiJo is a Certified SkyDancing Tantra Teacher and Director of SkyDancing Tantra Institute USA. With more than 40 years of experience in massage and bodywork, he brings a deep understanding of the body, movement, touch, and the subtle ways our physical experience can inform personal growth.

He has been immersed in the SkyDancing lineage for more than a decade, teaching the Love & Ecstasy Trainings with Sara and contributing to the growth of SkyDancing Tantra in the United States. 

As co-founder of LovePassionately: School of Mindful and Bodyful Intimacy, SatchiJo brings warmth, humor, groundedness, and a lifelong curiosity about what helps people become more present, connected, and fully themselves.

 

We will journey together to bring awareness to the obstacles and limitations that settle in our ego and mind, preventing us from living our full potential and weakening our capacity for ecstasy and for joyful living. New practices will allow us to deeply explore in a relaxed environment the fundamental concept of freedom in the form, and how an individual, by going to the heart of one’s feelings, can be released from the chains of one’s conditionings to fully live one’s pleasure.

Sunrise Ranch Building

Sunrise Ranch Spiritual Retreat Center is a multifaceted spiritual community dedicated to empowering personal transformation and world service. The conference center is located on a holistically managed 400-acre ranch and farm in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

Accommodation & Amenities: Sunrise Ranch offers a variety of accommodations, including apartments, private rooms, a charming lodge for socializing, a beautiful workshop venue, a hot tub (May to Oct), a sauna (year around), and more. Registering early to obtain the lodging of your choice is recommended.

 

Tuition, Meals & Lodging Options

1. Register for the LET on this page by paying your deposit of $750. Once registered, we will send you a link so you can arrange your lodging, and meals directly with the venue.  The balance of your tuition is due 45 days before the start of this cycle.

2. We are using Tier pricing structure to support those that register early to get the lowest tuition & venue amenities.

Tier 1 — $1,575

Available through October 31, 2026, or for the first 15 registrations, whichever comes first.
Plus cost of meals & lodging of your choice

Tier 2 — $1,675

Available beginning November 1, 2026.
Plus cost of meals & lodging of your choice

Once tickets at the Tier 1 level sells out, then Tier 2 tickets go on sale, and this repeats to Tier 3.

Additional tuition tiers will be announced.

Tuition per person includes:

  • One week SkyDancing Tantra seminar of the Love & Ecstasy Training, Cycle 5: Freedom in the form based on the methods of Margot Anand. Note The Program starts on Tuesday, April 6th, 2027.
  • Blend of ancient traditions updated with trauma-informed group facilitation
  • Full access to Sunrise Ranch amenities

Meals & Lodging: 

Delicious, wholesome meals providing options for most dietary preferences (Tuesday dinner to Tuesday lunch; 3 meals per day and snacks during breaks).


Sunrise Ranch offers a variety of lodging options, including apartments, private rooms, a charming lodge for socializing, a beautiful workshop venue, a hot tub (May to Oct), a sauna (year around), and more. It is recommended that you register early to obtain the lodging of your choice.

All lodging is with a shared bathroom.
Rates below are per person :

  • Single Room in Apartment: private room in apartment for couples, queen bed – ($1,813 + $700 for 2nd person sharing a bed) = $1,256.50/person (ASBC)
  • Single: private room for solos, queen bed – $1,393.00 (PRCB1)
  • Double: shared room for 2 people, queen or twin bed – $1,183.00 (SRCB2Q)
  • Shared room for 2-3 people, twin beds – $1113.00 (SRCBT)
  • Camping – $763.00

2nd Person Sharing Bed with Partner – $700.00

Lodging options often sell out and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore it is recommended that you register early to obtain the lodging of your choice.
Deposit: $750 per person.  After your deposit is received a lodging reservation link for Sunrise Ranch will be provided.  Final tuition payment is due 45 days prior to the start date or at registration if within 45 days. 

Daily Schedule & Timing

Daily Schedule: There will be a morning meditation and 2 to 3 sessions each day. In the breaks between the sessions you will have enough time to enjoy a leisurely meal, a rest, a walk, take a sauna, and more.

Timing: This cycle begins with registration on the first Tuesday from 2:00-4:00, with an opening session from 4:00-6:00, followed by dinner at 6:00pm and an evening session. The training ends on the following Tuesday at 12:00pm followed by lunch. You may arrive at Sunrise Ranch as early as 2:00pm on the first day and stay until 3:00 pm on the day of departure.

The most important time in a gathering like this is the first hours so it's important you plan on arriving in time for our first session.  Please do not book travel knowing you will be late.

 

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: Deposit payment of $750 per person is required to register. Balance payment is due 45 days in advance. Full payment is due when you register less than 45 days before start date.

Cancellation Policy: Although payments are non-refundable, if you cancel your registration more than 45 days in advance, we are happy to issue you a credit voucher for the tuition amount you have paid. If you cancel your registration more than 20 days in advance, we will issue you a credit voucher for 50% of the tuition you have paid. Credit vouchers are non-transferrable and valid for one year towards select events.

If your application is denied, we will notify you by email no later than 10 days after we receive your completed application questionnaire and issue you a full refund (or a credit voucher if you prefer, valid for one year towards select events).

  • People who arrive as partners may work together exclusively in our SkyDancing® Tantra seminars. The choice remains entirely yours to make and to revisit at any time.
  • We are striving to make our programs more inclusive and welcoming to all genders, orientations and relationship configurations. We do not gender balance.  Our workshops are focused on self exploration and personal development with a Tantric lens.  We encourage you to open your heart and see all other participants as the divine beings they truly are.
